Ruth's Keystone Cafe

A friend recommended Ruth's Keystone Cafe and we tried it on Saturday. It is an interesting place, totally unassuming on the outside but really fun on the inside. This place is crazy busy and you will have to wait on a table, but I will say the service is exceptional and done in a team style that you may not actually know who your server actually is. The staff is friendly and attentive and you will leave with a feeling of being part of the neighborhood.

Ruth's is located at:
3443 East 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46240

Ruth's offers breakfast and lunch with only the freshest ingredients, served up in a country touched environment that comes off as more hip than hick.

The decor is homemade cafe that really works with hand decorated tables and chairs.

Unique wall signage.

and food that is truly worth traveling for. My Crab Cake Benedict was exception and was served with a nice portion of fresh fruit.

They make their own jams. The make specialty items like Norwegian Lefse and homemade Potato Cakes. Clearly not a menu that is normally found in your average Indianapolis area bistro. But definitely worth visiting again and again.

Ruth's is adding space and changing names. Very soon they will be known as Ruth's Pull Up A Chair. Go there.... eat. You will not be disappointed.
